The natural or legal person who registers on the Platform, purchases a subscription package, and uses the Service (the "Buyer" or "User"). The name/title, email, and contact details provided at registration or payment apply.
This agreement sets the parties' rights and obligations regarding the sale, delivery, and use of the AI-powered visual and content generation (SaaS) subscription package ordered electronically on shopicontent.com, under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3.1. The Seller provides a cloud software service (SaaS) that lets the Buyer turn product photos into professional cover images with AI and generate SEO-ready product copy.
3.2. Core features, package limits (credits), subscription periods (monthly/annual), and prices including taxes are stated on the Platform Pricing page and the order confirmation screen.
3.3. The Service relies on third-party AI providers (e.g. Replicate, OpenAI); global outages of those services constitute force majeure.
4.1. Payment method: Payments are collected via the Seller's payment partner (Param POS) by credit or debit card. Approving payment establishes this agreement.
4.2. Digital delivery (immediate performance): Because the Service is digital software, credits for the purchased package are loaded immediately after successful payment and the right of use is deemed delivered. There is no physical shipment.
5.1. Auto-renewal: Unless cancelled on the Platform, the selected package renews automatically at the end of each period. The package amount is charged periodically to the payment method stored via Param POS.
5.2. Cancellation: The Buyer may cancel anytime from the "Subscription & Payment" panel.
5.3. Cancellation applies to the next billing period. The Buyer keeps using credits until the end of the current paid period. There is no mid-period proration.
6.1. Under Article 15/1(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to "services performed immediately in electronic form or intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer."
6.2. Shopicontent is an API and cloud software service made available immediately, and credits are allocated on purchase, so the Buyer HAS NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL under this agreement. By approving payment, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts this.
Personal data shared at registration and payment is processed under Law No. 6698. By approving this agreement, the Buyer confirms having read and accepted the Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice on the Platform. Card details are not stored on the Seller's servers; they are encrypted and stored by the authorized payment institution.
For disputes up to the value announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's or Seller's place of residence are competent; above that value, Istanbul (Anadolu) Consumer Courts and Enforcement Offices. For merchant (legal-person) buyers, Istanbul (Anadolu) Courts are competent.
This nine-article agreement enters into force when the Buyer electronically reads and approves it and payment is completed. The Buyer declares having read and accepted all terms before ordering.
