To provide our AI-powered visual and content generation services (SaaS), we may collect the following categories of personal data: - Identity: Name and surname (when you create an account or make a payment). - Contact: Email address, phone number, billing and delivery address. - Financial: Payment card details required for transactions. (Note: Card data is not stored on our servers; it is processed by our BDDK-licensed payment partners such as Param POS and iyzico.) - Customer transaction data: Purchased packages, subscription details, invoices, order history, and activity on the Platform. - Security and device data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, login/logout times, cookies, and system usage metrics. - Service usage data (for AI): Product photos you upload, product categories, product names, and prompts/content generated with the AI tools. 3. Purposes and legal bases We process personal data for the following purposes under Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK: - Providing the Service: Creating accounts, starting subscriptions, generating images/text with AI. / Necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c). - Finance and accounting: Collecting payments, issuing invoices, and reconciliations. / Legitimate interests (KVKK Art. 5/2-f) and legal obligations (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç). - Support and communication: Answering questions, technical support, and service notices. / Legitimate interests (KVKK Art. 5/2-f). - Security and fraud prevention: Securing the Platform, preventing unauthorized access, and audits. / Establishment, exercise, or protection of a right (KVKK Art. 5/2-e) and legal obligations (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç). - Marketing and improvement: (Only with your explicit consent or commercial communication permission) Campaigns and statistical analysis. / Explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1). AI processing note: Images you upload and text you generate may be sent instantaneously to third-party AI providers (e.g. Replicate, OpenAI). These transfers use anonymized technical data; your identity details (name, email, etc.) are not sent to those APIs. 4. Who do we share data with? We may share personal data only as needed for the purposes above, under KVKK Articles 8 and 9, with: - Competent public authorities: Courts and administrative bodies authorized by law. - Payment infrastructure providers: BDDK-licensed payment institutions (e.g. Param POS). - Service providers (domestic and abroad): Hosting/cloud, databases (e.g. Firebase/AWS), email delivery, and analytics (e.g. Google Analytics). - AI API providers: External providers used to process product photos and generate text (they process data only for the duration of the operation under their own policies). Where cross-border transfer is required (e.g. servers abroad), we apply appropriate safeguards and comply with KVKK requirements (explicit consent or other lawful transfer mechanisms). 5. Cookies and similar technologies We use cookies for the proper operation of the site, performance, and a better experience. Please see our Cookie Policy for preferences and details. 6. Retention and security Personal data is retained for as long as required by the processing purpose or statutory limitation periods (e.g. 10 years for financial records; log retention as required by applicable rules). After that, data is securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymized. We take reasonable technical and administrative measures including SSL/TLS, access controls, and regular security reviews. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. 7. Your rights (KVKK Article 11) Under Article 11 of KVKK you may: - Learn whether your personal data is processed, - Request information about processing, - Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, - Know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad, - Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, - Request deletion or destruction under KVKK conditions, - Request that correction/deletion/destruction be notified to third parties, - Object to outcomes against you produced exclusively by automated systems, - Request compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. 8.
